I couldn’t find what I needed, so I created it.

As a pediatric OT, and a new mom, I quickly realized that the resources I needed/wanted didn’t exist. Hi! I’m Courtney 👋🏻

I’m a trained and licensed Pediatric Occupational Therapist, Mom, Wife, and I believe your children deserve to thrive. 

As our daughter grew older, I began understanding the needs for parents to have every day tools and strategies to help their children regulate their body and emotions. I want to help you break down behaviors from a nervous system perspective and learn HOW to find the factors contributing to your child's dysregulation. This means supporting your child’s nervous system, supporting your own nervous system, understanding triggers, noticing patterns of dysregulation, finding the exact sensory tools and nervous system strategies needed so you can guide your child through hard moments and create routines that raise resilient minds.
